information on topics related to the New Generation System. From this
Home Page, you can access general information about the TX-NGS system, its
current enhancements, future development plans, a schedule of events, and
news pertaining to TX-NGS.
The following updates/enhancements have been recently made to the TX-NGS System:

In the Reports section, added a new OSY Re-enrollment report

Modified the Two-year-old Turning Three report to include previously-excluded children whose generation date falls after 8/1

On the ECOE Approvals pages, added a navigation link to the ECOE Search page, and on the ECOE Print page, replaced the
outdated ECOE Rollover navigation link with a link to the Add Family Enrollment screen

On the Facility editing screen, fixed a bug that was preventing updates to facilities in cases where a deactivated facility
shared the same region/county/district/plant IDs

Added export-as-CSV functionality for the following reports:
- Middle School/Jr. High Course History report
- Max Enrollment History report
- Drop Out report
- Migrant Student Mobility report
- Grade/Age Distribution Summary report

Updated the Project Smart report to include new Pre-test Date and Post-test Date columns; removed the Mid-test Result and 2022 columns

On the Unique Student Count report, in the downloadable .CSV version of the report, added columns to display the District
and Region names for each student

Across screens that allow Facility Contact editing, changed the "Contact Position" label to "Contact Name" for clarity

On the SDF page of the ECOE form, automated the selection of the 07 and 99 checkboxes to reflect the values selected in the Code dropdown
box in Section C for all children indicated on the form

On the Course History screen, older courses from grades 6-8 without high school credit are now hidden by default and can be shown/hidden using
a new Show/Hide Old Courses button

On the ECOE Form, fixed a bug that resulted in the MB dropdown being locked with a blank value selected for certain students, which was
preventing ECOE submission
